Born and raised in Raleigh, Andrew Sandman has 14 years of experience developing properties from single-family residential homes, to luxury high-rise condominiums, to hotels, to retail shopping centers. Drawing from his success in Raleigh on projects such as The Paramount and
The Registry at Bailey Farm, Andy has brought his talents to southeastern North Carolina. He is currently developing
Grayson Park, a community located on Highway 87 in Brunswick County in addition to Willow Glen at Beau Rivage Plantation. Andy has been married for seven years to his wife Jenn, and has three sons.
Dennis Sullivan
Dennis H. Sullivan, Jr., was born and raised in Raleigh, though he has called Wilmington, NC, home for the last 14 years. Coming from a family of high-end custom home builders, Dennis understands the craftsmanship necessary to create and maintain a custom home community of the finest quality. Dennis runs the day-to-day operations at Willow Glen to ensure that the development maintains its high neighborhood standards. Happily married to his wife Mollie for 10 years and blessed with four boys, Dennis embraces the importance of family. He is working diligently to bring this same philosophy to the Willow Glen development.
